Hey! Welcome to She Said That.

My name is Emma Lindsey and I rejoined the blogging world in the year the world stood still thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am a twenty-something year old whose best friend, and K-9 partner in crime, is @marshall_theredgolden, The pair of us are newly established Arizonans. That's right! We've made the move from a small mountain town in New Mexico to the most populous city in Arizona. I have found my niche as a CCC-SLP working as a full-time contractor with a home-based early intervention program. In other words, I provide services to families and their child(ren), ages birth to three, who demonstrate, or are at risk for developing, delays or disabilities related to their overall communication (and it's amazing!). I also help out in an acute rehabilitation facility as a PRN, which is pretty great too.

She Said That is my newest creative outlet. I have made plans to share bits and pieces of my life with you (while, ultimately, keeping an online diary for myself). Here I will share plenty about being a dog mom, delicious recipes, photographs, as well as, various anecdotes about my career, and overall lifestyle. My hope is that with this blog my readers can smile along side me on this crazy journey we call life.
